Why Guided Yoga?

There are no schedules or class times to follow. Anywhere and any time that you have an internet connection you can sign on to Guided Yoga and enjoy a full yoga class. Our members come from around the world.

Because Guided Yoga lets you choose the precise level and length of your class, you control your yoga experience. Never feel rushed to complete a class, or that a class has become uncomfortably long. Never feel that the class you are taking is too hard or too easy.

Many yoga studios charge you by the class, at rates that can set you back over a hundred dollars per month. With Guided Yoga, there are no per class fees--our members have access to unlimited yoga, day or night, with the first month FREE.

You CAN do yoga at home. Feel comfortable and confident in yourself in the privacy of your home. Feel healthier and more positive with just a few minutes of yoga every day. It is not always practical or even desirable to practice yoga in a yoga studio. For beginners, we aim to provide the support you need to get started with yoga. If you are more advanced, Guided Yoga can help you continue and supplement your practice.
